Welcome to my userpage. My name is Emilio and emijrp is my nickname on the Internet.
I'm from Spain and I like the idea of compiling the sum of all human knowledge and its preservation. I joined to Wikipedia in 2005 collaborating regularly.
As of 2026, I have contributed 240,000 hand-made edits and over 98 million bot edits to all Wikimedia projects. I have uploaded about 20,000 files from my travels to Wikimedia Commons. I am also active on Wikidata, where my bot created over 100,000 items and added more than 1 billion descriptions.
Finally, I have developed several tools. The anti-vandalism bot AVBOT, Wiki Loves Monuments maps and statistics, the WikiTeam digital preservation project which has backed up over 600,000 wikis, and other software like Wikiradio or StatMediaWiki.
